fantastic cook stove
I have a covered deck where I cook. I have a large charcoal grill, a large propane grill, a propane turkey fryer, and now my disk cooker. I am the talk of the neighborhood. It's great, I love it.

A must have!
I bought the Rio Grande discada for my husband as a Father's Day gift. He used it quite a bit. Then I bought the stand for him on his birthday. He loves it! A definite must have!!! He used it to make fajitas at our town festival.....we had a lot of inquiries on how and where to get them....everybody raved about it.

It's very durable, Breaks down and easy to carry, stores in RV compartment sets up in minutes, works excellent with wok and or small or large pot/skillet. Use it all the time

Solid, yet portable
The burner worked great and is built solid. Didn't have to worry with the heavy disc on it. Good temperature control. And I love that it stands so high so I don't have to bend when cooking, yet collapses so small for storage.

Awesome
This thing is great. Compact, easy to transport, set-up and tear down are a breeze. Borrowed from burner and 24 inch wok from a friend to cook for 28 adults on a Scout campout. Easily handled 4 lbs sausage, onions, Rotel, cheese, and 6 dozen eggs for breakfast burritos. The next day we cooked 10 lbs of bacon all at once. Came home and bought a burner and 24 inch wok for the Troop. recommend getting the Spring Handles so you don't need gloves to move a hot wok (i.e. to drain bacon grease).

AWSOME JOB . THOUGH IT IS A LITTLE LIGHT IT HOLDS UP GREAT . THE FLAME IS EVEN AND ADJUSTMENTS ARE RIGHT-ON . I'LL HAVE A FEW MORE OF THEM IN MY ARSONAL PRETY SOON .
