This 24" discada/disco cooking disc features your choice of handles - Angel Fire (1/2" Circle), Santa Fe (Horse Shoes), BBQ Springer (Springs) or the Trinity (1/2" Oval) handles.
We named this one after the Pecos River.

The Pecos River, famous in the folklore of the frontier, flows out of the Pecos Wilderness, through rugged granite canyons and waterfalls, and passes small, high-mountain meadows. The recreational segment is located along State Highway 63 and offers a range of day and overnight activities from Terrero to Cowles.

Beautifully crafted. Solid construction and worth every penny. Unlike other skottle products on the market, this one allows you to use it independently of the burner or fire pit. The construction of the Pecos Discada is outstanding and should last for years to come. Highly recommend especially if cooking for larger groups.

Very happy with the purchase. This is my first experience with disc cooking and couldn’t be happier. Made everything from breakfast burritos to deep fried chicken and it’s worked great. Easy clean up is a bonus. The shipping boxes were destroyed by the shipping company but the disc and burner are heavy duty and sustained zero damage and worked perfectly. Highly recommend.
