Tried more than a few
REALLY REALLY liked the propane burner that I purchased from Southwest Disc. Order Monday, received Thursday. Easy assembly. Cooked all weekend meals using the burner. Have not tried the adjustable height however I know it's there when I need it.

Fried shrimp and oysters worked like a champ. The adjustable height is killer. Going to get some more for friends.

Great burner. assembled it and put it right to work. delivers so much more heat than what I had to work with before. Had the 22 inch disk from Southwest disk to use on my old burner, but upgraded after buying a whole kit for my son.

GREAT PORTABLE BURNER
I been debating on getting this burner, but I'm glad I decide to get this one. I ordered it Wednesday morning, got it Friday around 2pm (Pearland TX) . The update system southwest gives is great. Letting you know where your order is processing, shipped. Etc etc. The burner itself , is hands down one of the best, arrived just in time for a cookout on Friday evening. Assembly was pretty easy. Sturdy, eye catching, and the portable assembly is very convenient.

The perfect burner for the perfect disk
The set-up was easy and the stand is sturdy. The only thing that could make it better is to have a lighter/starter integrated into the burner.

I have a few family members and friends that have the discada set up. I have always been a grill man and never though of owning my own discada. I wanted to change up my normal grill routine which always consist of steak, bugers and so on. I thought of purchasing a wok set up but wanted something heavy-duty and I can take anywhere. I searched and searched for a discada and burner set up with little luck. I didn't want any cheap set up, I was willing to pay for quality. I stumbled on Southwest disc , and I was totally bought on their products. I ordered the Rio grande disc with the portable burner. I was excited for this set up to arrive. After placing my order it seemed every few hours it was updated and it was on my doorstep in 3 days. Opened the box and I was stunned on the weight and quality of the disc, it far outdoes my friends. The burner was very good quality and sturdy. I'm a beginner discada chef but I'm ready to start cooking on this awesome discada. I recommend southwest disc for anyone in the market for this kind of set up you will not regret it..
