Roswell and UFO's???
On the night of July 2nd in 1947 something crashed into desert outside of Roswell, New Mexico. Soon after, the military closed off the area. The first announcement made by the military was that a flying saucer had crashed. Quickly after this first announcement the story was changed by the government..............
what was thought to have been a flying saucer was only a weather balloon...or so we are told......
What do you think?????

Makes cooking a meal an event
Something about cooking on the discada makes it super special. The disks from southwest disk are fantastic.

Love my disk.
Purchased a Roswell 22" and so far I love it. I am an electrician by trade and made another set of legs to utilize a Coleman propane burner I had. It also fit's on top of the lower section of my patio chimnea plus I have the original legs for the campfire. Well made and fast shipping, and always happy to buy US and Vet owned. Thanks Eric

You will fall in love with it
I went to many places to look for something similar but the quality and price are not the same. As a matter of fact, it didn't come close to the Southwest disk. It's pretty thick and the welding looks professional. I highly recommend it.

I love the even heat and convenience of cooking over a small open fire.
First, the product is quite heavy, which is fine. I have several cast iron pieces of cookware and that goes with the territory of getting a good even heating surface. Out of the box, I simply wiped it down, took it outside and started a small fire in a metal (unused, obviously) oil pan. It was the perfect outdoor cooking set-up. I made a quick "Maine Stir Fry" using fiddleheads (and other assorted veggies) and some chicken. I like that once the chicken was relatively cooked, I could scoop it to the outside out of the direct heat and keep it warm while I was cooking the vegetables, then simply scoop the chicken back in and mix it all together. The option of being able to cook over a fire with the legs, or to remove the legs and cook over a burner is nice to have (though in all likelihood I will primarily use the legs and open fire). I anticipate many many more outdoor meals with this product, which will include a huge breakfast scramble for family this coming Father's Day.
